あなたが上達するために必要なことは何なのか？
それは理論でも練習量でもありません。

狙い通りの球が打てるかどうかは、
９９％ある部分が占めているといっても過言ではない、ということです。

今からその答えを公開しようと思います。

スイングは、
グリップ、アドレス、テークバック、ハーフウェイバック・・・など
基本的の流れに沿って、スイングをしていますよね。

この中で、『ボールを自在に操れる人』に共通する部分を考えてください。
人によって動きが変わらない部分はどこでしょうか？？

グリップは・・・人それぞれです。
こうでなくてはいけない！というものは存在しませんよね。

アドレスも、その人の体型やクセで全く違ってきます。
こうやって順番にスイングを追って見ていくとある一点だけ、
優れたプレイヤーに共通する部分が見えてくるはずです。
・・・・・・
そうです。
それは、インパクトです。

ボールをどこに、どのように飛ばしたいのか。
それによって、フェースにボールをどう当てたらよいか、
この部分だけは優れたプレイヤー全てに唯一共通することなのです。

つまり、この「理想的なインパクト」はどんなに個性的なスイングであれ、
変則的なアドレスやグリップであれ、
最終的に優れたプレイヤーは理想のインパクトを向かえるということです。

しかし、「インパクト」を点で考えるとゴルフは難しくなります。
そこで、点でなく、線（ゾーン）で考えることが大事になってきます。

インパクト前後のゾーンを極めることが、ショットの精度につながるということです。

そしてこのことは別名＊『ビジネスゾーン』とも呼びます。
*このゾーンさえ安定すれば、ゴルフで食べていけることからプロの間で使われ始めた言葉

多くのゴルフ教材は、まずグリップの紹介、そしてアドレスの取り方・・・という順番で説明していると思います。
スイングの流れに沿って、「ウェートの配分は均等に！」あるいは「左７：右３」といった具合に教えていますよね。

ですが、私からすると、パーツに分けて型に当てはめることは、ゴルフを複雑にしている原因だと思っています。
そうではなく、逆算から作り上げる。

プロセスではなく、
結果から作り上げることで、
上達のスピードは今までの常識を覆すほど変わってきます。
そして、ゴルフが変わります。

結果の部分を正しく作りあげることで、
グリップやトップの形を少し変えたときには結果がどう変化するのかがわかります。
今まで孤立していたパーツが潤滑油が注がれたようにダイナミックに連動し始めるのです。

正確なインパクトから作り上げられたスイングは、
練習を重ねるごとに、理想のポジションに自然に収まっていくものです。

この練習法を取り組む過程は今までのように、どうしたらまっすぐボールが飛ぶのか？
などのストレスを伴うものでなく、どう変化するのかを楽しむといっても言い過ぎではありません。
